Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Beauty & Skincare Products (Important)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, beauty and personal-care products can only be returned if they are:

  • Completely unopened

  • Unused

  • Still sealed in original packaging

Once the seal is broken or the item is opened, it cannot be returned.

Defective Items

If you open a product and discover a manufacturing defect (such as leakage, a damaged seal, or contamination), email us with a photo right away. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or unsealed beauty and personal-care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Hazardous or flammable items


Exchanges

If you want a different item, the process is simple:

  1. Return the unopened item once it is approved.

  2. After we receive it, we will issue your refund.

  3. You may place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union Orders

Customers in the EU have 14 days to return unopened items according to EU consumer laws. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will inform you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
